My cooking classes are designed for people with busy lives who want to eat well. They are suitable for all abilities and are filled with tips, delicious tasters, ‘aha’ moments, stories and laughter. My recipes are tried and tested on busy families and my students typically make everything they learn in class within a week. I also teach dinner party style menus, with the focus on deliciousness without stress!

I offer two types of classes – scheduled classes, where you can come alone or with friends and learn a menu with other students. Or, if you prefer a night out with just your friends, ask me about my private classes, in my kitchen or yours, where you can pick any of my menus and book a date of your choice.

What to expect from a class with me

I’ll make all the dishes from scratch right in front of you and up to 8 other people, talking you through every stage of the recipe. You’ll sit around my island, chat, drink wine and eat everything I make. You’ll take home a packed recipe handout, a full tummy and a ton of tips and ideas. Classes typically last 2-3 hours and can take place in the evening or during the day.
