I want your experience of dealing with You Say Tomato to be as easy and pleasurable as possible. In the event of any problem please contact me using my contact page. Your feedback is important to me and I will do my best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
In booking a private group / one on one class / event in my home or yours, you are booking for the time and date specified. Once booked, you are not able to change the date and time of this unless I receive the request via email 10 days prior to the date of your class.
All classes are non-refundable. If you can’t make class, you may transfer your spot to a friend. I hope you understand that as a small business I cannot offer a refund if you are unable to attend and I cannot fill your place.
I reserve the right to cancel a class if I haven’t received enough bookings to make the class viable to run. In the unlikely event of a class being cancelled for this reason, I will offer you a range of alternative dates so that you can work with me to find a date that works for you.
In the unlikely event of other factors preventing a cookery class from running i.e. bad weather, illness or emergancy, I will reschedule your class at a mutually convenient date within 12 months.
If you have any dietary needs, or allergies please advise me when you book. Then I can flag any tastings you need to avoid or make the necessary changes (where possible) so you can enjoy the dish with the rest of your classmates.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and must be used against a class with You Say Tomato within 12 months of purchase.
